Ingredients:
1/2 cups One Degree Organics Sprouted Quick Oats
1 1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Directions:
In a microwave-safe bowl gently warm together the almond butter, maple syrup, and molasses until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined. Once the mixture is smooth, mix in the vanilla extract.
Mix the quick oats, oat flour, salt, and spices with the wet ingredients. Once thoroughly mixed, carefully press the mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula or your hands for a compact consistency.
Place the dish in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until the mixture is firm to the touch. Once set, slice into bars of your desired size. Be sure to store these bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where they can stay fresh for up to a week, ready to be enjoyed anytime you need a quick and nutritious boost.
Enjoy!
Note: It’s important to ensure the mixture is packed down well to create cohesive bars once they’re set.
